Every couple of days I have to restart my basestation from the app. My live video would freeze with whatever the last video was and on the camera I see a steady blue light. If motion is detected it doesn't record anything. Anyone else experiencing this? This camera is always plugged into a outlet now because before with a solar connection (with direct sunlight) it's always has issues holding charge.

The camera should NOT be showing a blue LED unless it's connected to AC power and the battery is fully charged. Any other times is a problem. You can try removing the camera from your account and add it back to see if that helps but if the blue LED continues to show use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
