Wife's phone kept notifications of at home away 58 overnight, could not get to stop, same phone she has had not changes in location on it. Signed out back in didn't help. Removed her from my friend access to reinstall, now base station is never visible. How can I get her phone back online. I have sent new request but never sees base

Not sure what you mean here, as you share cameras with friend access, not the base.  Is she seeing the cameras in her account?
