Base station of arlo pro 2 offline

I am facing problem everytime i had a powercut..although my router and base station both are connected to backup battery but still i get a problem of base station being offline.. i have to take out the power off the base station den remove the ethernet cable and put it on again and after few seconds had to turn on the base station in order to get back online. It feel really annoying that i hav to do this again n again. Hope you solve my problem

If both base and router are on backup, try and remove your router.

Usu the base reboots diff than the router and if power goes out it's an issue with the two booting up at same time.

Most routers will find items connected to it during bootup.

test and see.

It may be that your UPS has an issue and is not switching to battery fast enough, causing the router and base to reboot. You can test this by unplugging the UPS and watching what the router and base do.
