Base station flashing amber

VMB 4500, base station was operational, now it cannot connect to the Arlo app. I have done a full reset with the button on the back. When powered on: solid amber for 10 sec, then solid blue for 10 sec, then flashing amber indefinitely.  Is there anything else I can do? The router does show up as connected to my modem but arlo isn't recognizing it.

Assuming you held the reset button until the LED started flashing amber, you also have to remove all devices from your account before adding them back in.

 

However, the continuous amber blinking may mean the base wasn't actually reset. See the following:

That shows it may be due to the cameras not being connected to the base, perhaps due to dead batteries. Have you checked and charged them? This link may be needed if the batteries are totally dead:

I held the reset button until it flashed blue/amber. All of the cameras that were connected to that router have been removed and added to a different arlo base station. This base station has been removed from my arlo account for weeks.
