My base station went offline and i have perform basic troubleshooting (rebooting and trying different leads) and after performing a factory reset, the base station will go online then offline, the power light goes orange, and the other two lights go off. I read somewhere that this could be either a hardware issue, or an issue with the power supply. What is the best way to trouble shoot and how do i fix either issue?

If you have a second power supply, then try that first. ( takes 12vdc with coaxial plug, center positive ) OR use a voltmeter if you have acces to one
If the base goes offline and the ps is good, obv the base is bad.
Either way;
If the base is bad, it requires replacement... contact Arlo support for possible warranty issue
If the power supply is bad, same as above.
