Base Station does not show armed and always says searching.

My base station does not show armed. Always says searching. My app does not show how many times my cameras activate

Hi Kinsley2019,

 

What phone device are you using and are you using the New Arlo app or Arlo Legacy app?

 

And could you clarify what you mean when it says it is searching all the time?
