Base Station Flashing Amber Light Arlo Pro 2

I just discovered my whole system is down.  All my other connected devices are fine. I’ve power cycled, swapped out cables and unplugged everything near it.  I have another base station that I plugged in. That one is flashing amber too. I didn’t do a reset when I discovered the other base isn’t working either. Any suggestions?  This has never happened before. It stopped working at 9AM this morning.
