Audio from library works on iPhone app but not on computer

I get audio from my ARLO (Arlo Pro 2) Library videos on my i-phone but get no sound at all on my computer. I get sound from other videos on my computer but nothing from the ARLO recordings. Any ideas?

what OS are you running?

 

Also, check out VLC player for the computer, free player with great functions for playback ( snap shots from video and frame by frame )
