Hi
I would like to purchase the Arlo Pro 2 here in NZ but I can't seem to find it, can you confirm, if I purchase one from the US, that it will work here or will I have cable/power compatibility issues?
THanks

The power supplies that come with the kit are all multi voltage so you should have no problem. You will just need an adapter from USA 2 pin to NZ 2 pin.

Could be the power supply.
Do you have any other 12v devices eg. router etc. that you could swap the power supply with to see if that's the issue?
You could try and do a factory reset. Hold in reset button for about 10 seconds, all lights should turn amber. If they do not and you have tested and made sure the power supply is working then it looks like the base could be toast.

Looks like it’s the adapter, tried a router cable and wallah lights came on!

OK great.
Just check the amp rate of the fried Arlo power supply and make sure to use one of the same or higher amp rating also 12v. A lower amperage one may work but could also burn out over time.
