Arlo2 solar not charging

Wondering if anyone can share any advice / tips. I have a few Arlopro 2 cameras hooked up to solar.
One works brilliantly and for some reason, the other doesn’t. First it was all good and then the camera stopped recording. Then it also stopped charging. I swapped the camera over and it did same. Then I reset another camera and put it up and while it records and initially connected/charged from the solar panel, it now isn’t charging again.
I think the picture attached shows that the solar is picking up but you can see it’s not charging. On my other one it shows a green battery when charging and red when fully charged. This one is just greyed out. Could it be the cable?

I've seen that incompatible charger message when my solar panel had an issue but I suppose the camera itself could cause the error. I have one panel that has a torn plastic cover over the wiring right at the connector that attaches to the camera and wet weather seems to cause this - a hot, dry spell then allows it to work fine. I'm letting it dry so I can try sealing that tear to see if it will then work without issue. Check your cable carefully to see if you can see any damage.
