Arlo wire-free camera showing offline / light under camera logo not lighting up on base station

Getting message on cell phone stating Offline. Light under camera logo is not lit on the base station. Is it because my laptop is getting serviced approx 10 miles away from the base?

This wont have anything to do with your laptop.

Try and power cycle the base and then see if the camera light comes back on.

Are the batteries good in the cameras?
