Need to change my auto pay form of payment. Need to add new credit card for my monthly auto charge

Are you saying you are having trouble doing this?

 

Have you tried using a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?  Go to settings->subscription.  There is an "edit" control next to "payment information" that should let you enter the new card info.
