My back camera records motion and goes into the feed. My side camera does not go into the feed unless I manually hit record or photo. Both cameras have the same settings as far as I can see . There both in arm away. I've tried unplugging the side camera, it’s wired. That did nothing. Any thoughts on why the recordings are not going into the feed. Thanks for any ideas to correct this

If you swap the cameras, does the problem move with the camera? Or does it stick with the location?

The cameras are up high,so I would have to get a ladder out to switch them. I’ll do this as a last resort. If it does move with the camera would you say there is a problem with the camera

One of several possibilities.  Others are

  • not much (if any) motion within the motion detection range of the camera
  • camera not armed, or using a motion threshold that is too low.

Is this a change in behavior, or has this camera behaved this way since it was installed?
