Arlo pro2 4000 power off

After the last upgrade the base station became unstable, going offline and having to reboot it to get it working again.

now it won’t even power up, no lights on. I have put a tester on the power supply and it is working giving me the required 12v

i have unplugged the base station, reset it etc, doesn’t switch on?

What is the power LED showing? If anything but green, it's not gonna work. Open a case with support here:

No green power light. Have logged a fault with arlo support got a confirmation back promising a 24 hour response and have now waited 5 days, no response?

Have got a ticket 40569820 generated by a user on my behalf but have never been contacted by anyone Not very satisfactory

You can try the Hard Reset, but if your not even getting lights it sounds like a faulty base station. If you have not done so try the Hard Reset any way; you never know until you try. If still nothing call Support back.
How can I reset my Arlo base station to the default values?
