Arlo Pro battery drains incredibly fast and they're not even a year old

Hi,
These seems to be a bit of an issue, but one of my cameras drains incredibly fast, i even turned it off last night and it dropped 5% in the night, this is only one camera, and it drains faster when its on as well.
These are not even a year old yet, so wonder it i can claim on warranty?
I have disconnected and re-connected, pulled battery out and back in ect. For the money these cost, i am loathed to just put up with this
Anyway, anyone actually spoken to someone from arlo before?
