Arlo pro and Arlo Pro2 not connecting

I'm getting a message that says that my Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2 have failed to connect, this started Friday. Just old pictures

Have you tried to remove the power to your base for one minute then powering it back up and letting it reboot?

What app are you using?

Do you get the same thing if you login to Arlo in your browser on a pc?
