Arlo pro 2 stop recording

I have the arlo pro monitor and after I bought 3 arlo pro 2 but after year now arlo pro 2 cam wont record to library I need help

Start with checking the mode status in the app, toggle armed on/off/on then test.

Then check the camera motion sensor using the camera settings motion utility.

Reset base station by power cycling, reset the cameras by pulling battery and power for 10sec.

Check your camera rules contained in the mode selected that they are set to record the wanted camera.
