Arlo pro 2 not recording data to library

Hello,
My camera is not saving recordings to library. The date is also off in library. Says it's the 14th it's the 18th. I tried restarting base station and clearing browser data and cache. I can activate camera just no saved recordings to library. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ajp88,

Make sure that your motion detection is working on your camera. Try testing using the motion detection test to see if your camera detects motion: How do I use the motion detection test for my Arlo device?

If that still doesn't work, try to remove the battery from your Arlo Pro 2 camera and re-insert it back in to see if that helps.
