I can live view but it doesnt motion detect or record anymore. I have restarted several times, removed battery. And rebooted. Nothing is working. It is useless right now.

Have you checked your active mode? The motion icon in the Cameras tab should be black, not gray.

It shows black, I've turned it off and on, still wont record motion. I can only live view

It doesn't sound like a connection issue (since Live view works). You'll probably need to contact support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
