Is there an expensive 20' + charging cord seems all the cheaper cords are not compatible anybody know why this is?

Extension cord. They come in many lengths.

Only if you use ones with bigger wire gauges. Cheap ones will have too much voltage drop over the length due to thin wires. Also:

Yup. Any GOOD quality outdoor cord of sufficient gauge, of course.
