Arlo pro 2 cameras not working after update?

After resent update my cameras are not detecting movement unless your right in front of it. When i go on the app im getting those stupid set up ihome kit pop ups. I didnt change any settings! Before all this i had false detections if anything but now it barely goes off. I tried turning the motion detection all the way up and still nothing happens. It has to be this update bc all my cameras are the same way now. please explain!

Try and reset the base.... unplug and then replug in... give it 3+mins for the base to fully reboot and cameras re-sync

Hey @TomMac Tried rebooting the base a couple times and syncing the cameras but still the same thing. They aren’t picking up motion unless your right in front of them. Out of nowhere it started doing this with both cameras. I didn’t change a thing. I turned the motion detection all the way up and still nothing.

Only thing left to try is a full reset.

 

Remove cameras by using Remove device.

Reset base by holding in reset for about 10 secs till the leds flash... let it reboot ( about 2 mins )

Reclaim base if needed and then sync cameras back.
