Arlo pro 2 - cameras not recording with 7 day

I'm still having problems with our cameras recording with 7 day rolling storage with notifications.  I saw there were issues yesterday and it was resolved, but our cameras are still not recording.  Any suggestions?

I did the recording and found that someone had disarmed the device.  Problem solved!  Your question led me to the answer.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?
