Arlo pro 2 camera shared does not have audio or mic available.

I have shared our Arlo Pro 2 cameras with 2 iPhone users. One has all of the cameras working great with the mic/audio working as well. The other shared user has an iPhone also and the mic/audio is not available. There is no mic icon and when you go into settings, audio is not listed at all. We have uninstalled the app and reinstalled a few times, deleted a camera and reconnected. Neither of these have worked. Can someone help with this please?

Is Allow Access Rights enabled for the cameras on the account that is having the problem?
