What's being done about the software issue with the battery.
When swapping battery the camera will not connect unless it is plugged into a charger.
3 cameras have done this. All 3 had to be plugged in to sync with the hub. Once connected they can be unplugged and display correct battery level.
I discovered it today after buying a new battery and the camera keeps blinking blue and the app kept saying charge battery.
So basically I bought a new battery for nothing.
It happened 1st 3 days ago I thought maybe the charger went used a spare my emergency. That didn't work so desperate I plug it in to actually charge it via the cable and USB. Wrote it off as a fluke.
Noon time today I had a similar thing using the battery removed from the other camera that I charged days ago.
App kept saying charge battery. I did the wire routine again with this one, connected...
Tonight another camera needed a battery the new battery was just put in the charger dinner time the charger indicated it was full. I swapped batteries and again no connection and the app says charge battery. I connect it for maybe half a minute and she's up and going.

Carefully inspect the camera contacts. If you have another similar camera, use that as an example. It may be a slightly bent or corroded contact causing this.

Seriously 3 different cameras than 5 batteries in total and you say it's a physical issue. How do you explain the plug it in to trigger the connection.
I never had issues before the last 2 yrs of nonsense how do I roll back to a point when it worked as promised when it came out of the box.
