Arlo pro 2 batteries purchased 2 new ones in oct and one isn’t charging the other lasted 1day

Purchased 2 new batteries plus a charging station and the batteries are not charging.
this is the first time using these. They were bought back in October. The batteries that were in the cameras lasted almost a year. Bought these as a fast replacement but they are not working? Is this normal

Make sure you're using the right charger which supplies both 5v and 9v outputs. The batteries will only charge with 9v.
