4 of my cameras (3xpro2 and 1xpro) have stopped charging in the last week. I have tested other cables, batteries and I cant get them working. The cables do work as have tested these on other cameras!
Could this be a firmware issue? I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas but no luck!
any ideas?

Just be very careful with the charge cubes used....
The Pro cameras REQUIRE a qualcom type dual voltage charger 5 & 9v... IIRC, so do the early Pro2s... but later the Pro2 required only 5v.
You can look at the power cube as it's listed output in small print.
I've seen no charge issues for both types of cameras on this end.
Sorry can't help more.

thanks, im using official Arlo charger cables. Ones that came with them and the official Arlo internal cables. These are working on other cameras not these 4
It feels like a firmware issues has caused these to all stop?

Have you tried different cables and chargers? Make sure the chargers have both 5v and 9v outputs.

I, too have been having this issue for about a week. I plug the original charging cable and plug in to my cams and I get the orange triangle with the lightning bolt - i.e. Charging Error. I've swapped battery cubes and both give the error no matter what. When I plug the Arlo directly into the outlet without the battery cube inserted, no error and I see the "plug" icon. What gives?

I've also removed device and re-installed, etc. It's extremely maddening.
