Arlo pro 2 - all green lights are on and appear to be working, but it says I am offline.

Arlo pro 2 cameras - the base station - all green lights are on and appear to be working, but it says I am offline. I have done all the recommendations twice and it is still offline. Arlo will not help me, and I am willing to pay for help!

Offline in the browser?  the app?  Or both?
