Basestation:

  • Model VMB4000r3
  • Firmware: 1.17.1.2_3987_0e6c162
  • OS: iOS 

Cameras:

  • Hardware H14
  • 1.092.1.0_9_120d8b7

Doorbell:

  • Hardware 1.2
  • Firmware 1.14.0.0_1117_c9951d1_b4efa46

Arlo is not able to connect to Homekit. When setting up it gets to "Discovering your device. Please wait." screen but just stuck there.

Cn you try and remove and reinstall the Arlo app and possibly another iOS device if that doesn't help?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
