Arlo live is working but motion detection is not.

We have had our arlo cameras with smart hub for 3 years.  We chose no subscription and get the 7 days of videos.  All of a sudden this week the motion detection and videos are no longer recording.  The cameras are live but no motion detection.  What can we do to correct the issue?
