Pro 2 uses QuickCharge 3 adapters.
Find a QC3 adapter and plug it into 12v power port / cig lighter recept.
Obviously port will need to be on when key is off.
Run cable from adapter to camera.
Note that most adapters are QC2, took me a bit to find a QC3 on amazon.
Alternatively, you can try using a QC3 compatible charging hub that is either
plugged in to 12v power port or run straight to battery / distribution block.
Also on amazon.

PS... as long as you know, even tho powered it will NOT detect thru glass, so the person would have to open the door/window first

Mine does.
Arlo Pro 2 (H4) firmware 1.125.11.4_29092
I have it setup behind the stupid narrow window beside front door. But, it does explain why there were so many problems getting it setup to trigger. Sensitivity is turned up to max, and ended up removing the screen...which was put onto a window that doesn't open...
Window doesn't have any coating / uv blockage. But, I did have to turn off the nightvision led because there was a terrible glare from reflecting off window interior surface.

OK it can work at times, but will say due to the PIR device which detects motion, it doesn't function... Most glass blocks IR
As to the night vision, yes, the same glass reflects the IR light back which washes out the picture.
A better cam if needed would be a Q cam which glass doesn't effect as it has pixel change detect for motion.
