Over several recent months, I think this started with the transition to the new app software, I have been experiencing 'crash to desktop' failures too often when checking my Arlo cameras using iOS app.
For example, moments ago my iPhone displayed an alert for person detected so I logged into the app, then selected live view of the camera that alerted. The live view was very slow to come up, spinning pizza wheel kind of graphic, then the app crashed. I was back at the iPhone desktop.
This can be a really serious failure if a camera has detected someone with criminal intent. Since Arlo Customer Service is useless for conveying suggestions, I will am positing here.

What model/iOS version are you using? After the crash is there any error message that is displayed?

My iPhone 7 is running iOS 12.4.1. This phone has had no OS changes or updates in some time, and there are mixed reports of the latest v13.x reliability so I have avoided 'beta testing' for Apple.
