I have Arlo 2 cameras connected to Arlo Ultra base station, all works ok on iPad an iPhone but I have changed phone to Android (Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro) and now they are all the time offline (while if I check on iPad, they work and they are visible)

Hi Mikica,

 

Are you using the Arlo Legacy app or new Arlo app? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your Android device to see if that helps?

Using new app, and reinstalled, rebooted, cleared cache...

Is this happening when you're on WiFi and/or cellular data on your Android device?

Yes, it is the same on WiFi and cellular
