I took my camera down yesterday because it was at a low battery. I plugged it in and checked on it an hour later and realize it had never been charging. (Yes, I was using the Netgear charger). I clicked on my app and it said, "A charging fault has been detected. Unplug and reconnect the charger from the camera side of the plug. If this error message persists, see KB article for Charging Faults." I unplugged it and fooled with it for a little. Then, I came to hit the reset button on the router. Now, I cannot seem to get the router and camera synced. I hold the sync button down on the router and all 3 lights are green. Then, I go to my camera and hit sync and the blue button starts going on like it usually does when it syncs. But when I look back on my router the camera icon has a solid amber light. When I click back onto my app it says, "Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working interent connection."
Help please!
