Arlo base unit keeps flashing yellow

Just got my Arlo 2, connected the base station to the Ethernet of my wireless modem.

 

Went through the process of updating cameras, checking version of base unit. Cameras came online, detected motion.

 

Shortly after, the base unit started flashing orange. I disconnected it from the ethernet cable (which I think is ok?) but nothing.

 

I unplugged the power and plugged it back in, the light was blue for a minute but still turned back to Orange. On my phone it says the base unit is offline.

 

Any ideas?

Just to clarify - the ethernet cable is currently connected?

 

You could try removing the base and cameras from your account, reset the base, and then add everything back.
