Arlo app keeps saying to update firmware. After clicking update button, keeps saying to update.

My phone app keeps saying I need to update my firmware. I click the update button, then after a while I click the restart button but I keep getting a message saying I need to update the firmware. What am I doing wrong?

This happened to me on Sunday, and what I did to fix it was to make sure the base station was in disarmed mode before clicking the "update" button. Before that I tried like 10 times with the base station in a custom mode and it was never installed

Rebooting the base usually helps, too.
