Can anyone say what is the minimum Android version for operating the Arlo App running 4 Arlo Pro cameras of a base station.

I have used the app on Android 7 and 8.

What version are you trying it on and what problems are you facing?

You can check the FAQ here for minimum requirements. The Play Store should also provide clues.
