Arlo Support sent RMA but never received it. They sent it to a weird outlook email?

So I just got off the phone with arlo support regarding a RMA update being I never received the email to select the shipping option. The representative tells me it was sent to a weird outlook email to which I tell her that is NOT my email address and have never owned an outlook email. I then verified my email address on the app and website and it’s correct. I asked her to replace that email address as it’s not mine and she tells me that it’s fine as long as the app has the right email address ??!??!? WTF Does that mean somebody else has access to my account ? Can they view my cameras ? Do they have access to my details ? I asked the representative multiple times to change the primary email address as it’s not mine and have no idea where it came from and she just told me not to worry about ??!!??!!? Ummm ok
