I've had an Arlo Secure Plus plan for several years which allowed me to set notifications only for Person and Vehicle detection which has worked fine. For the past several weeks this function seems to have disappeared on my account and I can't find where to reset this - so I am getting "motion" notifications for everything - any neighbourhood cat walking across my front or back yard, or any movement of the sun as it makes its way across my property during the day...
When I go to "Smart Detection" it doesn't give me any selections at all for my cameras (Pro2), and if I go to "Custom Detection" it says "get a plan to access Custom Detection" which is included with Plus (which is the plan I have) - and no options are shown?
Does anyone know what is going on here? Am I paying for a plan that for some reason I now don't have access to all of the features?

All sorted - for some reason even though I am on the Secure Plus plan (and it stated it on my account - both app and website) it asked me to "upgrade" to Secure Plus on the Plan Options - which I did...and the smart detection options appeared back on my app and website...go figure?

The settings are found in Settings, Home, Smart Detection. In there are all cameras so you can set them individually. You're not seeing this? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? You should also see this using the web client (my.arlo.com) using a computer browser.
