Arlo Pro2 unknown error

I am the admin/owner of my Arlo Pro 2 system.

 

I can log into my Arlo account, but after login I am stuck on the Arlo Secure subscription/code page and cannot access my cameras or dashboard.

 

The Arlo app shows “Unknown error”.

 

My cameras still work in Apple Home/HomeKit 

The app it’s working in my partener phone but not for mi

 

I am currently away from the camera location and cannot physically access or reset the devices.

 

Please help restore access to my devices/account.

That looks like safari not the app itself. Can you please login to the app and then send a screenshot of those settings.
