Arlo Pro2 Video Won't Playback On laptop

When I amd trying to playback a video on my laptop  I get a blank screen.  If I download it first it will then play fine.  I can play from my tablet or phone with mo problem.  What is wrong.

It's FLASH issue..... Edge has problems and others default Flash off.
