Arlo Pro2 Dual Charger only works intermittently. Neither side wants to charge?

I have reported case #42460255 and case #42460315. I bought the entire system for ~$800 at Costco with the base, dual charger and 5 cameras, however the dual charger when bought only seemed to charge on 1 side, which was fine, but now neither side wants to charge. Is this a common problem? Costco indicated they only carry the whole system not the individual chargers, do I need to return the whole system back to Costco?

Yeah, the whole system has to be returned unless you can sweet-talk an employee to swap just the charger. Be sure to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices before doing so.

My dual charger did the same thing.
They used to charge up to 100% and get a blue LED.
Then only one side.
Now neither side work.
Just get blinking yellow - and most of the time they are charge around 60-85%
