Arlo Pro2 Batteries

The cameras are of great quality both Audio and Video, have been using it for last 5months....however i have an issue now that the batteries are not charging...i was able to charge them once but now they aren't and this is an expensive proposition that we need to keep buying new batteries? In one year if we have to change the batteries twice for all the five cameras, it is going to be the cost of the system....maybe i am missing something here....can you advise?
