Arlo Pro2 4pack - 3/4 cameras are not recording or detecting motion

Hi there,

 

We purchase the 4 pack Arlo Pro2 (VMS4330P) on Sat 13th October.

We have managed to set up one camera successfully, where it records, detects motion, sends notifications to phone and email - the whole shebang. It works great.

However, we have not managed to get the other x3 camera’s to work properly.

We have synced them correctly and they all show up on the 'Devices' tab. We can view 'Live' stream but they do not detect movement and record.

From the live view we can use the record option and this saves videos to the library.

When we do the test motion for these camera’s the orange lights show up.

But they will not detect and record motion on their own.

 

I have noticed quite a few other posts with similar issues.

I have tried several of the steps these other posts say to complete.

  1. Completely rebooted base and our router.
  2. Pulled battery our of cameras for 10sec's
  3. Resynced the camera's

I have done this roughly about 5-10 times and still nothing is working.

 

Also within the 'Mode' options we cannot change anything or even create a new rule for any 4 of the camera's.

It lets us go through the steps but when reviewing to then save it will not save the changes - this is via Website.

Within App using IPhone 6s iOS12.0.1 it just states 'getting information' and does not let you go any further.

 

At the moment these 3 cameras are completely useless.

Please help us with this issue!!

For the mode not working, try to reset your Base Station, if you haven't already, and try to resync your cameras.
