Arlo Pro vs. Arlo Pro 2 motion detection distance

Is it correct that the Arlo Pro just detects up to about 15 feet away? What distance will the Arlo Pro 2 detect motion?

The max people detection for either of the Pro cameras is ~25 feet, depending on best positioning, sensitivity setting, etc. Mine detect out that far.

Okay so no need to upgrade to the Arlo Pro 2 if I want it to record objects at a farther distance?

There's no significant difference between Pro and Pro 2 cameras for detection. If 25 feet isn't going to work, you'll need to figure out how to get the cameras closer to the action.
