Hello,i have a quick question..i have some arlo pro cameras and arlo pro 2 cameras, i see errors when i charge arlo pro with arlo pro 2 charger.. all indications on your web site point to them being compatible and I was really hoping they were (and i wouldn't have to fiddle with them when charging to figure out which is which). the chargers look the same, and are all arlo chargers.

The Pro uses a 5v & 9v Qualcomm type charger some of the later Pro2 cams may have a 5v adapter only...
Easiest way to confirm is by reading the info on the adapter. It clearly list the output voltage on the ones I have ( fine print )

Yep, the pro2 chargers are different, only 5V no 9V listed.. i am surprised the pro camera can't charge with the pro2 charger, though the pro2 can charge with the pro charger, that seems to work fine. It sounds like the newer pro2 chargers are cheaper model (which came with the more expensive camera, go figure).. Also sounds like the pro2 camera is different enough to be able to charge with just 5V while pro seems to require the 9V.. oh well, i guess I will have to put stickers on the chargers or something since they look so much alike.. disappointed in this..
Thanks for the help!

I've used the various chargers indiscriminately with no issues. You may have received the wrong charger - it has to have a 9v output to charge. You can maybe swap at the store or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
