Arlo Pro Geofencing not working while on phone call

I want to pass on the problem I've had twice in the last week.

I am using Iphone 8 Plus. I always use GEOFENCING as the mode. When I come home, it automatically closes the system. But this system does not work when I'm talking on the phone and starts working when the alarm passes in front of the camera. Is there a problem with the Arlo? Can you make an update on this?

Hey @tgsl,

Try to make sure that you have "background app refresh" and "cellular data" turned on through the iPhone setting to make sure that Arlo app is working while the app is running on the background.
