After daylight savings time, my Arlo camera are off by 1 hour. I tried rebooting the base station and even totally powering it off, but it still did not fix the issue. I notice this seems to be an issue every year at both time changes, why hasn’t this issue been fixed yet???? I’m mean how hard can it be????

Where are you seeing the wrong time?  I just made a manual recording, and the time is correct.

Also, what time zone is the base configured to use?

My time zone is Eastern standard time. I have the time set to 11:59pm but Arlo is recognizing 10:59pm. This same for the morning schedule… I have it set to 6am but it actually shows 7am from the edit menu. Unfortunately I cannot share a screenshot because, like everything else with Arlo is doesn’t sallow you to attach “.jpeg” files.

Try renaming it to .jpg  Or convert it to png (which certainly works).

Ok, so you are talking about the schedule not updating.

I think you just need to wait a while for it to catch up.

What do you mean by, “wait for it to catch up”? Shouldn’t this be automatic, like all other smart devices?

I mean wait.  It should switch over to the new times after a bit on its own.

My own system is (I think) showing the correct times.  I don't use the schedule feature, so I might not be recalling the times I'd set it to.

Recording times do switch over seamlessly.  I don't know why there is a lag on the schedule - but this has been reported before, and in past years it did change over after a short wait (no more than a day).
