Arlo Pro CVR doesn't work, doesn't record area desired, night vision gone out, and more

Bought the four camera pack in October of 2018 and have never been satisified.
The continuous record feature never worked. I subscribed to it three different times and cancelled each time because it doesn't work.
They don't record the areas desired (yes, I tried the activity zones).
Night vision has gone out on one of the cameras.
None of my cameras have recorded anything for the last 24 hours; and there have been several people in and out that should have been recorded.
Every "fix" requires that I reset the base unit and the cameras. Living several states away from the location of the cameras makes this very difficult. When I have been there to do the reset ... same issues persist.
I would not recommend Arlo cameras for anyone who needs them in a remote locaiton.

Hi Almode,
With the multiple problems you are having with your Arlo Pro camera, have you tried rebooting your Base Station by going to the Arlo app > Settings > My Devices > Choose your Base Station > Scroll down and tap on "Restart Device".
