Arlo Pro 2 receiving notification with play button but nothing happens

I receive notifications but when I press play nothing happens
Does the same on my wife's phone also

Do you have screenshots that are showing this? We also released a new iOS and Android update for the app. Try to update the app and see if that fixes the issue.
