I have owned my Arlo Pro 2 system for a number of years and have been reasonably happy.
However, last week, all our cameras dumped their charge. I recharged them and again within a day, they all dump their charge.
No settings were changed or have been changed so there is no reasonable explanation for it.
I tried all the trouble shooting suggestions including disconnecting but now they WON'T CONNECT!!!
I have tried base station resets and and camera resets but they still WON'T CONNECT. I have tried the contact Arlo chat with no luck.
What can I do to get my Arlo back??

First, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. You may also want to hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let it reboot until the power and Internet LEDs are green (Camera may be off or amber). Claim the base as if new and then the cameras. If the base LEDs aren't lit properly let us know.
